What this is

A practice tool for first-round job interviews, created by Marco De Curtis (Advice from the Arena). You talk to Clara, an AI interviewer. At the end you get spoken feedback from an AI voice that is a clone of Marco's real voice. Neither Clara nor the feedback voice is a real person speaking live.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.

What we record

• The audio of your call.
• A written transcript of the call.
• What you type into the form: your first name, and the company, role and job ad if you add them.
• An automatic summary and checks of the call, used to make sure the interviewer behaved correctly.

How we use it

• To run the interview and give you feedback.
• To improve the interviewer and the feedback. Marco may read transcripts and listen to recordings for this.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Calls run on ElevenLabs, a voice AI provider, and the conversation is generated by AI models from Anthropic (Claude). Your data is processed and stored by these providers, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data or have it deleted at any time by emailing marco@advicefromthearena.io. Tell us your first name and roughly when you did the interview.
